How long does deployment take?
Most environments are live in under 30 days. Trustera overlays existing infrastructure rather than replacing it, so there is no rip-and-replace.
What if a card is lost?
An administrator revokes it immediately from the console. Access is gone from every system in seconds, faster and more complete than revoking software credentials across ten systems. A replacement is issued with the same role.
Does it work in air-gapped environments?
Yes. Edge enforces locally with no cloud dependency, and Core can run fully isolated. See the deployment models on the Integrations page.
We already have badges and Okta.
Trustera coexists with both on day one. The existing badge system and SSO are retired on your timeline once the card covers those surfaces.
What is the contract length?
Plans are on a four-year committed term with recurring annual billing. Enterprise and federal customers receive custom contract terms.
What about remote workers?
Same experience. Remote Zero Trust access is hardware-verified, with no VPN and no separate login. Location does not change the model.
